Among many accomplishments, the E-Gov Act was a phenomenal bi-partisan initiative during the Bush Administration that truly set the foundation for a modernized, collaborative and digital government - and included key pieces of legislation to improve IT acquisition, such as FISMA and reaffirming the Clinger-Cohen Act.
