As HR Specialists assign certificates, users (hiring managers and delegates) within the Selecting Official module of Monster Hiring Management Enterprise (MHME) can access certificates for all their vacancies in one place to enable the best selection of the federal agencies’ new hires.
With this module, users can view certificates, review information and documents for applicants referred on a certificate, document selection decisions and feedback, and submit the annotated certificate back to HR.
Empower Selecting Officials to Make the Right Hire
Selecting Official users have a range of controls and capabilities when it comes to the decision-making process. They can review vacancies and view, annotate, and submit certificates assigned back to HR; add feedback and attach documents to a specific applicant; enter/update phase scores; and view, select and recommend question sets. Selecting Official also offers bulk actions like printing applicant reports with specified criteria.
Reduce Burden on HR
Federal HR teams can rest assured that the very critical decision-making process of new hire selections is conducted thoroughly and well documented. HR specialists can request user accounts for Selecting Officials and assign certificates when ready. Automatic notifications are sent when certificates are assigned and annotated certificates are received so all parties involved can skip a few extra manual emails.
