Join us for a Preview of MHME Release 4.20

Man looking at code on a screenMHME Release 4.20 is gearing up for deployment, with UAT starting on November 14. MHME users are encouraged to join us for a preview on November 13, 2024, to make sure your agency is prepared for UAT and ready to explore the new features within this release. With Release 4.20, agencies will see a series of user experience enhancements in the MHM applicant tracking system, including a new indicator to mark shared certificates in Applicant Manager. Anticipating USAJOBS Changes for
Veteran Eligibility

Soldiers standing at easeUSAJOBS is rolling out changes to help veterans job seekers understand if they are eligible for veterans' preference and other veteran-specific hiring opportunities. This improvement may have minimal to no impact on MHME since agencies’ existing eligibility set(s) will remain in place, which are setup to accept Veterans’ Preference claims based on responses to eligibility set questions. Upcoming Training and 2025 Calendar Updates

•  Basic Monster Hiring Management Enterprise (MHME): November 6 - 7

  Advanced Monster Hiring Management Enterprise (MHME): November 20 - 21

The 2025 MHME System Training Calendar will be released very soon – in early November! We encourage agencies to take advantage of their Educational Units (EUs) by either registering for our listed open-enrollment courses or scheduling a private agency session. Any agencies interested in private training for 2024 must schedule it prior to December 1, at which point our December calendar is considered final. Training sessions for 2025 can be scheduled once the 2025 calendar is released.
