Hear updates from MonsterGov on the Hiring Assessments Dashboard initiative, get questions answered, chat with other federal agency attendees, and more. This event is limited to current client agencies, and while registration is not required, attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance through the Corner post linked below.
Get Involved with OPM’s Hiring Experience (HX) Group
OPM is taking a strategic approach to improving the Federal Hiring Experience and at the center of this effort is OPM’s Hiring Experience (HX) Group. The HX Group is open to all federal agencies, including those using MonsterGov’s MHME, and we encourage you to get involved to get direct access to information on critical federal hiring programs. OPM issued final regulations for the Fair Chance to Compete for Jobs Act of 2019, which prevents a hiring agency from collecting information on criminal background and history prior to a conditional offer being made for federal employment.
