Agencies Encouraged to Enable Job Analysis

Lock icon on circuit boardCurrently the first-and-only federal Job Analysis technology available, MonsterGov is thrilled to offer agencies a job analysis assessment integration with Monster Hiring Management, allowing agencies to streamline the process of determining tasks and competencies, identifying the appropriate assessment questions, and pulling those into the application process. Influenced in part by results of the 2023 Job Analysis User Group, the Job Analysis module is available to MHME federal agencies for free, as part of their talent acquisition system. MonsterGov federal clients can join us for a preview of release 4.19 to see the latest on Job Analysis. For any agencies ready to enable their complimentary Job Analysis module, please reach out to your MonsterGov representative.

Agencies can begin tagging relevant announcements using a custom “Personnel Vetting” Mission Critical Occupation (MCO) tag in their MHME system, which can be setup by your agency’s system administrator.
